The winner of Tour de France 2019 stage 21 was Caleb Ewan (Lotto Soudal), who sprinted to victory on the Champs-Élysées in Paris. He beat Dylan Groenewegen (Jumbo-Visma) and Niccolo Bonifazio (Total Direct Energie) in a close finish. Ewan won his third stage of the Tour, becoming the first rider since Mark Cavendish in 2011 to win multiple stages in his debut Tour.
